The name of our hatsuzakura (初桜) collection means "first blossom" in Japanese.

Theme of Sakura

Sakura is the name given to cherry blossom trees found all over Japan. It is well-known as a symbol of Japan and more than 300 different kinds of cherry blossoms exist in the land of the rising sun. The flowering season of the cherry blossoms marks the beginning of spring and is celebrated by all Japanese ; Many festivals are held during this yearly event. The Hanami (花見) season or flower viewing season is enjoyed by Japanese families or friends with a picnic under the sakura trees.
