Following the success of our Ojue and Smart lunchbox series, CasaBento invites you to discover the Hashi Kyoto Chopsticks - Blue of minimalist Japanese design.
As easy to carry around as it is to use them, this pair of chopsticks can be neatly tucked into a bento bag or even into your coat pocket. These chopsticks can be dismantled and kept away in their blue plastic travel case.
It's easy to use these chopsticks: Assemble the two parts by gently rotating the joints in opposite directions at the same time while applying a light pressure. Once mounted, the chopsticks measure 21cm.
The top of the chopsticks have a slightly roughened texture to ensure that they stay in your hands while you're having lunch.
What's more: Thanks to the non-slip system at the tips of the chopsticks, you will be able to pick up those slippery noodles and bits of delicious food left in the plate!
The meaning of the word Hashi:
In Japanese, hashi (箸) refers to chopsticks....and that is all there is to it!
