Decoben Sausage Stampers

The Decoben sausage stamp set is a kit consisting in 11 stamps to decorate your little cocktail sausages and make kyaraben (bento shaped characters) or decoben (decorative bentos) great fun.

The kit contains:

The Decoben sausage pads are sold with a transparent case that allows you to store all the accessories.

How to use :

1) Put your sausage in the freezer or in the fridge for a few minutes. The harder the sausage, the easier the cut. This prevents the meat from sticking to the grooves.

2) Cut your sausage in 3 or 4 pieces or use a cocktail sausage and firmly press the sausage mold against the meat.

3) Let the kawaii magic happen ! Here you are with a kyaraben mini-sausage. Cook it in a pan.
