Using this very conveniant tool, you are going to cook maki in the twinkling of an eye.
1- Cook sushi rice.
2- Put some rice in the mold and make a small hollow in the middle all along.
3- Add fish, omelette, cucumber... in the hollow and cover with rice
4- Close the mold and put it a few minutes in the fridge
5- Remove the maki from the mold and wrap it with a nori seeweed
6- Cut the maki into pieces and put them in your lunch box
