The Sausage Mold - Crab is a very convenient sausage cutter mold that will allow you to shape any sausage (a hot-dog sausage, a cocktail sausage, a Knacki®) in a crab.
1) Put your sausage in the fridge or in the freezer for a few minutes. The sausage must be hard enough to ease the cut. This prevents the meat from getting stuck to the grooves.
2) Cut your sausage in 3 or 4 pieces or use a cocktail sausage, put it in the sausage mold and firmly press with the lid.
3) Let the kawaii magic happen ! Here you are with a crab mini-sausage. Cook it in a pan.
